The Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA) Board of Directors serves as the leadership and governing body of the Association. Comprised of elected members from within the MTAA membership, the Board is responsible for setting the strategic direction, ensuring good governance, and upholding the mission, vision, and values of the Association. The Board advocates for the advancement and professional recognition of massage therapy in Alberta, supports ethical practice standards, and works to protect the interests of both members and the public. Directors bring a diverse range of experience in clinical practice, regulation, and professional development, and are committed to guiding the MTAA in its continued growth and leadership within the healthcare landscape.
